Kopka Pinkus Dolin Welcomes New Senior Attorney, Kimberly D. Newman!

Kimberly Newman brings 28 years’ experience in workers’ compensation to Kopka Pinkus Dolin. She has extensive experience defending claims in a wide range of industries and for a variety of well-known and reputable companies. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail, aggressive and creative claim handling, as well as the personal attention she provides.

Kim is skilled in using social media and other investigative techniques to obtain dismissals of multiple claims which were initially accepted as compensable and where the claimants were seeking permanent disability benefits and future medical benefits. She was previously the Managing Member of an insurance defense firm in Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, as well as the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) where she previously served as the Kentucky Lead State Chair. Kim is a frequent lecturer on Kentucky Workers’ Compensation and is approved by the Kentucky Department of Insurance as an instructor to provide continuing education classes to adjusters.
