Kevin Maloney joined the firm’s Chicago office with a broad range of civil defense litigation experience, representing clients from early case assessment through resolution. His practice includes alternative dispute resolution, motion practice, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and appellate work.
He has handled matters involving auto and transportation claims, premises liability, construction defects, and complex fire and explosion losses. In addition to litigating cases throughout all phases of litigation, he has successfully represented clients in mediation and other alternative dispute forums, working strategically to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
Kevin also has experience representing retail and restaurant establishments, transportation carriers, as well as clients in heavily regulated industries. Committed to responsive client service and practical legal strategy, Kevin works closely with insurers, adjusters, and corporate representatives to develop proactive defense plans.
