Leslie B. Pollie joined Kopka Pinkus Dolin P.C. in 2011 as an associate in the Indianapolis office and by 2015, she was a shareholder in the firm. Leslie is an experienced litigator, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as before several state administrative agencies. Leslie’s current practice is focused on general tort litigation and insurance defense litigation, representing clients in a broad range of matters including professional liability and malpractice, medical malpractice, dram shop matters, toxic tort and environmental claims, employment law, government entities/employers, real estate E&O and agency matters, home insurance claims, community association law, general negligence, premises liability, product liability, breach of warranty, and various construction and healthcare matters.

Leslie is the primary Indiana counsel for one of the world’s largest dialysis providers, representing its facilities against all legal claims from medical malpractice to premises liability, and in proceedings before state and local agencies. Leslie has developed a proficient practice defending a variety of clients in professional liability matters including realtor malpractice, medical malpractice, legal malpractice of individual attorneys and law firms, errors and omissions, as well as director and officer actions. Additionally, Leslie has handled numerous high-profile cases, some of which involved claims of sexual abuse and harassment.

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout her career has given Leslie a unique perspective and ability to evaluate, negotiate, and litigate cases. Leslie is focused on providing excellent quality legal representation while building long-lasting relationships with her clients.
