Indianapolis, Indiana – The trial team of Leslie B. Pollie and Travis W. Montgomery handled a matter that arose as a result of injuries allegedly sustained by the plaintiff when the insured’s horses escaped from their pasture, and the plaintiff was struck by a horse and knocked to the ground. The initial demand was very significant. This was the second jury trial on the same facts; and after Plaintiff’s Counsel repeatedly violated Orders, the Defense obtained a mistrial and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
