He also has extensive experience handling transportation accidents for insurance companies and municipalities; general liability and negligence claims against public and private institutions; as well as Section 1983 claims and related civil rights actions against various entities.

With a proven ability to manage sophisticated matters before administrative agencies, state courts and federal courts, Chase collaborates with clients to manage risk and obtain results. He handles matters from pre-litigation through verdict and has significant bench and jury trial experience.

Chase was selected to the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Super Lawyers Illinois Rising Stars List, a distinction reserved for no more than 2.5% of the attorneys in the state.

While in law school, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Council. For his excellence in advocacy and alternative dispute resolution, Chase was one of eight students selected for the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Board.

To give back to his community, Chase lends his litigation experience to law students at UIC John Marshall Law School, where he is an instructor for trial advocacy and alternative dispute resolution programs. Chase also serves on the Young Alumni Board for The John Marshall Law School, the Alumni Advisory Board for Loras College, the Wine to Water Charity Board, and is a co-founder of the LIFTED Project.
