Joshua is a Michigan attorney with extensive litigation experience representing clients in first- and third-party insurance matters, including personal injury protection (PIP) claims and liability lawsuits. Throughout his career, he has handled a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts across Michigan. Earlier in his career, he represented businesses, banks, credit unions, colleges, hospitals, and municipalities in creditors’ rights litigation and other complex civil matters.

Joshua has practiced in more than 75 courts throughout Michigan, including district, circuit, tribal, probate, appellate, and federal courts. He also serves as a Kent County Case Evaluator and previously held leadership positions within the legal community, including President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and Representative Assembly Member for the 17th Circuit with the State Bar of Michigan from 2017 through 2024.

Joshua
 graduated with honors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he served as President of both the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards and competed on the National Moot Court and Mock Trial Teams. In recognition of his involvement and leadership, he received the Student Leadership Award.


Outside of his legal practice,
 Joshua enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and three children.
