Stanton P. Galdys is a Senior Attorney in our Grand Rapids, Michigan office and a civil defense attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters. His practice includes business and contract disputes, employment law, disability law, insurance defense, personal injury claims, and other complex civil litigation matters. Throughout his career, Stanton has achieved favorable outcomes through strategic advocacy, effective negotiation, and comprehensive litigation management.
He represents clients through all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and trial. His broad litigation experience and practical approach allow him to effectively navigate complex legal issues while delivering strong results for his clients. Stanton is also a court approved case evaluator for the Kent County Circuit Court.
Stanton’s commitment to advocacy and professional development is reflected in his completion of the Hillman Advocacy Trial Skills Program and his publication in the Grand Rapids Lawyer on employment law topics. During law school, he received the Certificate of Merit Award for Client Communications and was an Intra-School Moot Court Champion. He also gained valuable experience through internships with the Honorable Patricia D. Gardner and Legal Aid of West Michigan.
