Erin R. Katz is an accomplished litigator with more than fifteen years of experience including the defense of general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, trucking/transportation, first-party no-fault, and third-party negligence matters. Having always been extremely detail oriented, Erin treats each case with focus and consideration necessary to obtain the best possible results for her clients. She has represented clients through all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Erin also has extensive experience in consumer financial services litigation, title curative, mortgage foreclosures, title curative actions, FDCPA disputes, and other related matters.
