Alyson Fosnot focuses her practice on civil defense litigation with significant experience in trucking and transportation. Alyson’s experience includes handling all aspects of litigation from pre-suit inspections and/or preservation of evidence issues through the appellate level. Her experience includes representing business entities, insurance companies, motor carriers, and individuals in wrongful death matters, construction defect cases, premise liability cases, professional liability matters, and insurance coverage matters. Additionally, Alyson also has extensive experience representing gig economy companies in all phases of litigation and understands the complex issues gig economy companies face when a personal injury accident occurs.

Prior to joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin, she practiced civil defense litigation at a large national law firm. She earned her B.S. from Butler University in 2013 and graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of law in 2018. While in law school, she earned the honor of Order of the Barristers in the Robert H. Staton Moot Court Competition. Upon graduation from law school, Alyson worked as a Deputy State Public Defender and litigated post-conviction relief matters.

She is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association. In her spare time, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and son.
