Kathleen Freeman is an experienced civil litigator with more than seven years of experience in both state and federal courts across the country. Kathleen’s work has been primarily focused on personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, worksite accidents, residential and commercial construction negligence, trucking and transportation negligence, and premises liability.
Kathleen has successfully defended clients to verdict in numerous jury trials. She has also represented her clients at countless inspections, court hearings, mediations, and mock trials, affording her the opportunity to appreciate and develop case strategy from the inception of litigation through resolution.
Over the span of her career, Kathleen has represented corporations in the healthcare, steel, manufacturing, and transportation/trucking industries, which has allowed her to litigate in the interests of the top insurance companies in the nation.
Kathleen was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. She spends her spare time with her family and working on home improvement projects.
