Indiana Shareholder, James G. Magrames, has represented numerous general contractors and construction companies throughout Northwest Indiana on various construction related claims including construction defects, contract tenders of defense, highway work zone accidents,  commercial general liability insurance claims, breach of contract claims, negligence actions and wrongful death claims.  He has represented Walsh & Kelly, Inc., a very well-known and respected Northwest Indiana paving contractor, for the past ten years in a variety of litigation issues. Jim also has a wide range of experience practicing in jurisdictions throughout Indiana including United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.  He has also tried many cases before Indiana juries in numerous counties throughout his sixteen plus years with Kopka Pinkus Dolin.

Indiana Senior Attorney, Orfej P. Najdeski, has significant experience representing property owners, contractors, land surveyors, construction companies, and construction equipment leasing companies in lawsuits involving various construction-related claims including, but not limited to, construction defects, contractual indemnity, breach of contract claims, construction accidents, negligence and wrongful death. For the past three years, Orfej has represented a multi-state company that leases equipment for construction projects, such as aerial lifts.  In March of 2014, Orfej completed training for the safe use and operation of Boom-Supported Elevating Work Platforms and Self-Propelled Elevating Work Platforms, and became certified in Aerial Work Platform Safety.
