Congratulations to Chicago Partner, Joel Groenewold, on Recent Trial Success!

Partner Joel D. Groenewold obtained a favorable verdict in the Circuit Court of Cook County on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 after a one day jury trial. Plaintiff was seeking property damage of over $3,000 for damage to her car, allegedly from our client’s car wash. She alleged that the car wash stripped the paint off of her rear bumper and quarter panel. Our client denied any negligence, and the jury came back with a defense verdict.
