Real Estate Closings

Closing attorneys are necessary during real estate transactions to examine the title, act as the coordinator between parties including lenders, buyers, sellers, and in some instances surveyors, brokers, and merchants. The attorneys will also review documents, record, and close the transaction by dispersing fees, taxes, premiums, and more. We provide advice and counsel during major and minor real estate purchases to prevent future disputes.

Our attorneys have represented real estate agents, brokers, as well as property managers in a number of real estate closings and other matters. Our attorneys are also able to aid during alleged breach of contract and performance failure, failure to disclose a defect, breach of duty or negligence, and property line disputes. We strive to resolve real estate issues out of court, and if a resolution cannot be met, our specialized attorneys are prepared to litigate these cases.
