Legal Assistant – Chicago, Illinois

Kopka Law is currently seeking a Legal Assistant for a great opportunity in our Chicago, Illinois office.

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting insurance defense counsel in a wide variety of cases as well as familiarity with legal terminology, state and federal court filing rules, and law office protocol.
  • Experience preparing legal correspondence, dictation, maintaining files, managing calendars, drafting legal documents, organizing meetings and travel arrangements for attorneys, and providing concierge service for our clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Salary is based on years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
