Suzanne “Suzy” Kleinedler is a Senior Attorney in Kopka Law’s Crown Point office, bringing more than a decade of experience in all aspects of litigation defense including personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation claims. She is dedicated to providing strategic and results-driven representation and takes a team approach while helping clients navigate the course of cases whether pre-suit claims or complex litigation. Prior to joining Kopka Law, Suzy gained legal expertise as Defense Litigation Counsel for one of the nation’s largest property and casualty and auto insurance providers. Throughout her career she has developed a positive reputation for her thorough case preparation and aggressive yet practical approach to litigation.

As part of her law school curriculum Suzy was selected as a Summer Clerk for United States District Court Magistrate Judge, Andrew Rodovich, and assisted some of Northwest Indiana’s most vulnerable residents through the Hammond Legal Aid Clinic. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and assisting with fundraising projects for people and animals in need within her community.

  • As a law student, Suzy earned academic Course Honors in both Evidence and Pretrial Skills. She also graduated with distinction as a member of her law school’s Honor’s Program.
