She has extensive experience handling the various stages of litigation in both Michigan and Illinois, including arguing motions in court, defending depositions, preparing settlement documents, and representing clients in arbitration. Nina is adept at advising clients on a multitude of issues, including counseling insurers on coverage issues and representing insurers in declaratory relief lawsuits.

Early in her career, Nina worked at a civil litigation firm where she gained significant trial experience, preparing clients for jury trials and conducting bench trials. She also prepared key personnel for depositions, argued motions in court, defended depositions, and analyzed claims and potential coverage issues on a wide variety of cases to issue coverage opinion letters and handle declaratory judgment actions. Additionally, Nina co-authored a chapter on autonomous vehicles and liability for the Practising™ Law Institute.

Nina received her J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in Philadelphia. While there, she was awarded the Best Student Performance in Trial Advocacy, served as the Vice President for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and served as the Secretary for the Dispute Resolution Interest Group. In addition to her law degree, Nina holds a Master of Arts in English from Villanova University and a B.A. in English from Dickinson College.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Nina is active in her community. She volunteers at Pope Francis Center Legal Clinic in Detroit several times a year providing legal services. Nina has also served as a judge for the Wayne Law Mock Trial.
