Michael specializes in Automobile and Trucking, Construction, General Liability, Tort, Insurance Coverage, Premises Liability, and Subrogation law. His background includes honing his skills in civil litigation at two insurance defense firms in Minneapolis, Minnesota before joining Kopka Law Group. Additionally, he spent nearly two years as a law clerk in Nashville, Tennessee, where he developed a deep understanding of legal writing and gained insights into diverse viewpoints on civil litigation matters. Michael is dedicated to advocating for clients and strives to secure the most favorable outcomes for them.

Michael graduated from Marquette University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a minor in Sociology. Upon moving to Missouri, Michael Attended Saint Louis University School of Law. While there, he was awarded the Saint Louis University School of Law Academic Excellence Award (given to the highest grade-point average) in the Seminar: Law and Religion.

Outside of the legal community, Michael enjoys going on road trips, antique restoration, and fishing. Since moving back to Wisconsin, he has enjoyed visiting the many state parks and catching up with old friends.
