Martin W. McLemore
Martin McLemore is an associate attorney at Kopka Law, where he concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation matters. He represents employers and insurers in a variety of claims and assists clients through all stages of the workers’ compensation process, from investigation and claim management to litigation and resolution.
Prior to joining Kopka in 2026, Martin worked in Philadelphia as an Assistant District Attorney, where he successfully prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases. He later worked for a national plaintiff’s firm representing clients in claims brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), achieving favorable outcomes for clients in courts across the country.
Martin is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children exploring all that the greater Milwaukee area has to offer.
