Marc is an experienced litigator in our Chicago office who represents insurers and businesses in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and coverage disputes, catastrophic injury and transportation claims, premises liability, property damage, construction litigation, commercial disputes, cargo loss, and workers’ compensation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including civil rights, construction, insurance coverage, landlord-tenant, medical malpractice, municipal liability, and transportation-related claims involving serious bodily injury. His diverse experience enables him to provide practical and strategic counsel across a broad range of disputes.
Marc has extensive experience handling complex litigation through all stages of a case, including motion practice and appeals. He successfully secured a reversal before the Second District Court of Appeals, resulting in the enforcement of a favorable settlement for his client.
Outside of his practice, Marc enjoys golf, tennis, attending church, and watching live sporting events. He also values spending time with his family.
