Kyle focuses his professional career on handling workers’ compensation matters and personal accounts regarding automobile liability and homeowners’ liability. He represents a variety of clients including well-known businesses across Indiana defending them in workers’ compensation claims and commercial general liability claims.

While in law school, Kyle was selected for the Trial Advocacy Team and International Moot Court team. With Trial Advocacy, he placed in the finals for the Intra-School competition in his second year of law school. With International Moot Court, he competed in Miami, Florida, at the Susan J. Ferrell Human Rights Competition, in which he was a Top Ten Oralist. In his third year of law school, Kyle competed in Mumbai, India, at the distinguished D.M. Harish International Moot Court Competition, in which he was Top 25 oralist. In addition to competition teams, Kyle was a member of the post-conviction clinic, in which he was a co-author of a published Indiana Court of Appeals decision securing appeal rights for a prisoner.

Kyle was admitted to practice law by the State of Indiana on October 15, 2012, in addition to admission to U.S. Federal Courts within Indiana.

Trial and Case Highlights
  • In Lake Superior Court, Kyle took to trial an admitted liability, rear-end accident case in which there was inflated bills. With testimony from a medical billing expert, and a bio-mechanical engineer, a jury verdict was returned less than the last offer to Plaintiff, and much less than last demand.
  • In August 2019, in St. Joseph Circuit Court, Kyle took to trial an admitted liability, low speed rear-end accident with no medical bills submitted by Plaintiff, and Plaintiff argued a recommended surgery is related. Jury returned a verdict of zero dollars in damages.
