Kaleb Noblett represents companies and individuals facing potential claims of liability, with a particular focus on trucking and transportation cases across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In addition to handling numerous jury trials, Kaleb has developed the skills needed to resolve cases short of trial, whether through quick response, mediation, or meaningful negotiation.

Prior to joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin, Kaleb represented the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the prosecution of felony offenses for eight years. As an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Louisville, he worked as the White-Collar Crime liaison, director of the Grand Jury, and independently managed countless complex cases including homicides, major drug trafficking operations, and public corruption matters. In an effort to better protect the citizens of Kentucky from public corruption, Kaleb was sworn as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in 2019.

Kaleb has taught courses for undergraduates, law students, police cadets, and seasoned investigators. Originally from Henderson, Kentucky, Kaleb earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Union University, in Jackson, Tennessee. While in law school at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, he received the Edwin H. Perry Mediation Fellowship and worked as an editor of the University of Louisville Law Review.
