Daniel C. Mack focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation including claims in connection with first-party automobile accident, transportation, premises liability, slip-and-fall accidents, negligent security, employment law, coverage matters, and more. Daniel also has experience on complex legal and factual issues such as wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, fraud/rescission, uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits, bad faith claims, and multimillion-dollar claims. Daniel counsels his clients through all phases of litigation, from inception through final disposition.
Prior to joining Kopka , Daniel represented plaintiffs in various civil litigation claims including personal injury matters, bankruptcy and collections, as well as HIPAA regulations and medical malpractice.
