Chrisdon “Chris” Rossi has more than 20 years of experience providing outstanding client service and support inside and outside of the courtroom. Chris has served as counsel for individuals, businesses, public entities/municipalities, and national insurance companies handling all aspects of litigation. He has dedicated his career to handle first- and third-party automobile injuries, premises liability, slip and falls, property loss, employment law, dog bites, and more.

He has handled matters relating to 1983 suits for alleged violations of due process and equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendment, free speech under the First Amendment, race, age, and gender discrimination under Title VII, as well as sexual harassment. In addition, Chris has handled zoning claims, eminent domain matters, and property disputes for municipalities and other public entities.

Chris is specialized through extensive experience in handling cases involving complex legal and factual issues, such as wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, fraud/rescission, uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits, bad faith claims, and multimillion-dollar claims.  Chris is a skilled and passionate advocate for each client while maintaining a demonstrated record of collegiality amongst colleagues.

Chris has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, including jury trials in federal district court, as well as all Michigan courts: district, circuit, and probate courts. He has also argued before the Michigan Supreme Court and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Chris has obtained favorable published opinions in the areas of employment discrimination; White v. Baxter Healthcare Corp., 533 F. 3d 381 (6th Cir 2008), and probate law, in Re: Estate of Juanita Evangeline Kostin, 278 Mich. App. 47; 748 NW2d 583 (2008).
