Beth A. Dougherty

Beth Dougherty is an associate attorney in our Chicago, Illinois office, where she focuses her practice on defense litigation including automobile accident defense, UM/UIM, products liability, and premises liability. Before becoming an attorney, she began her legal career at the firm as a paralegal, gaining hands-on experience aiding her approach to client service and case strategy.
Her background includes work in family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. She has experience preparing medical information, drafting legal documents such as complaints, summons, and subpoenas, and collaborating closely with clients and attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
