Beckett R. McGowan
Associate
Beckett McGowan is an associate attorney focusing his practice on insurance defense and civil litigation, including PIP and No-Fault matters. With a strong background in research and legal analysis, he brings valuable insight and preparation to each case he handles.
While in law school, Beckett developed a concentration in environmental law and gained significant experience researching environmental matters involving the Clean Water Act as well as Title VI. He served as the Senior Managing Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, where he honed his legal writing and editorial skills. An active participant in advocacy training, he was a semi-finalist in moot court and contributed as a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board.
