Zachary J. Plechaty

Zach Plechaty is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Farmington Hills office. Zach concentrates his practice on automobile insurance defense, including personal injury protection and bodily injury liability defense, workers’ compensation, general litigation, and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach gained extensive experience in the courtroom while working as a Public Defender in Toledo, Ohio where he focused on criminal defense litigation. He also worked at a Midwestern firm with a focus on auto insurance defense, personal injury protection, and bodily injury. In addition, he has experience in the New York City legal market as a legal recruiter at a global legal search firm, working with firms of all sizes.

Mr. Plechaty graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law after earning his Master of Arts in political science from Central Michigan University, and his Bachelor of Science in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
