Melissa Melshenker’s practice encompasses construction law, first and third-party auto no-fault litigation and premises liability.  She is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice law in Florida and Michigan.

Melissa started her legal career at a firm in Miami specializing in family law.  She received her juris doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from University of Miami School of Law.  While there she was an active member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board and the University of Miami Center for Ethics and Public Service.  Prior to law school, Melissa graduated with distinctions and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
