Mr. Lisher has over 34 years of experience handling cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, and toxic torts.  In addition, he has provided insurance coverage opinions and filed declaratory judgment actions regarding coverage for insurance clients.  He defends several casualty insurance companies and several self-insured manufacturers.  Some of his representative clients include: American Specialty Insurance and Risk Services, Amerisure, Bristol West, C.N.A., Farmers, Fireman's Fund, Freymiller, St. Paul Travelers, State Farm, The Limited, Toys "R" Us - Delaware Inc., Transport Corporation of America, Travelers and Zurich. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lisher served as the managing partner at Indianapolis firm Osborn, Hiner & Lisher, P.C. managing all aspects of the firm including attorney education.  He has served in the City of Indianapolis’ Corporation Counsel's Office, providing legal representation for the City in litigation filed against the City or its agencies and before the Workers Compensation Board for work-related claims filed against the City or its agencies.  Mr. Lisher has also worked for the State of Indiana’s Attorney General's Office providing legal representation for the State of Indiana on tort claims litigation involving road design claims and on other negligence claims involving State agencies.

Mr. Lisher is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.  He earned both his A.B., with high honors, and his J.D. from Indiana University.  He received his Juris Doctor degree and his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Indiana University.  He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. Supreme Court.
