James E. O'Gallagher is a partner in the Crown Point office where he concentrates in workers compensation, insurance coverage, fraud and employment matters.  He has extensive experience in civil litigation and represents employers, third-party administrators and insurance companies throughout Indiana.  He has successfully tried numerous cases, litigated before the Indiana Court of Appeals, and argued more than 20 cases before the Full Board of the Indiana Workers' Compensation Board. 

Jim is admitted to practice before Indiana state courts and the United States District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  He is a member of the Worker's Compensation Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.  Since 2005, he has been on the adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago where he teaches contract law.   He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 1990 and received a B.A. in political science from Marquette University in 1987.
