Jeff K. Williams concentrates his practice in civil litigation. He currently handles cases in automobile litigation, premises liability, product liability, and subrogation. Jeff has previous experience in the area of worker’s compensation, and has represented clients in cases involving medical malpractice matters.
Successfully obtaining numerous convictions in jury and bench trials, Jeff began his career as the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Starke County, Indiana. He has extensive experience in the area of creditor’s rights, having represented national financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure actions across the State of Indiana. Jeff has also represented medical practices, regional financial institutions, educational institutions, and other businesses in collection actions.
Jeff was born in Missouri, and raised between South Africa and Hannibal, Missouri. He attended Olivet Nazarene University, and earned degrees in History, Economics and Finance with honors. During law school at Valparaiso University School of Law, he was involved in the Tax Clinic and organized the local Volunteer Income Tax Association to assist individuals and families with tax preparation.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Jeff spends his time educating young musicians. He has designed and instructed numerous marching band routines for high schools across the Midwest, and his designs have been performed at National Semi-Final Competitions. Jeff has excelled as a trumpeter from a young age, and still performs a few times a year with his church.
