Christie A. Seifert joined Kopka Pinkus Dolin & Eads in January of 2010 as a partner in the Indianapolis office.  She brings to the firm a significant amount of first chair trial experience.  She focuses her law practice on general tort litigation, family law, workers’ compensation and appellate practice.  Christie is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.  She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Defense Trial Counsel Institute, the Defense Research Institute, and the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Institute.

Christie was born in Omaha, Nebraska.  She was raised in a military family and had the opportunity to live abroad and in several states before moving to Indiana.  She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 1990 in Criminal Justice.  After college she worked as a certified litigation paralegal for several years in Chicago and Indianapolis before obtaining her law degree from The John Marshall School of Law in Chicago in 1998. During law school, Christie served as a staff editor on the law review and received the prestigious honor of having her law review comment published by The John Marshall Law Review.

Christie lives in Broad Ripple Village and enjoys golfing, skiing and traveling to visit family and friends in her free time.
