New employees joining the firm are welcomed with an orientation program that not only covers the skills they need for their particular job descriptions, but also trains them on the computer and case management systems and firm-wide networking tools. We are also devoted to the ongoing development of our attorneys’ capabilities and provide periodic in-house training on any specific software, hardware, or professional development needs.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a paycheck, our attorneys and staff enjoy a very competitive benefits package. While the interaction between staff and their supervisors provides the opportunity for ongoing informal feedback, formal evaluations take place annually. Salaries are examined each year during this annual review process in order to reward individual achievement.We value loyalty and longevity and it shows. In addition to a generous paid time off policy, there are at least seven paid holidays each year.

You are eligible for benefits if you are a regular, full-time employee working at least 30 hours per week. Your medical coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
